romantic getaway near historical wonders
short walk rich history delicious option
the location impressed me greatly. it was a short walk to the magnificent hagia sophia. the hotel provided convenient access to the city's rich history. breakfast had delicious options each morning a true delight after a good night's rest.
i noticed some wear on the carpets a minor issue in an otherwise wonderful stay.

dirty floor barely working air conditioning
the location was acceptable close to attractions
the room wasn't properly cleaned before my arrival the floor had some stains i found this quite off putting since hygiene is important i also found that air conditioning was barely working during the night making sleep difficult staff did not resolve the issue despite my complaint

dirty carpets indifferent attitude
The location was quite convenient. Major attractions were within a reasonable distance.
My suite felt smaller than expected, and the carpets were not clean at all. My socks showed it right away. There was also no cleaning service for six days, which I found unacceptable. Finally, the front desk staff rarely greeted me. I found their attitude a bit indifferent.

the receptionist was super helpful and courteous. we hope to come back in 2025 for another visit. choosing this hotel.!!
i did notice the shower head didn't work too well and the shower door was hard to open. it's a small thing but would be great to see fixed.

the hotel location is convenient to major attractions. it is also near public transportation and restaurants. the front desk staffs were friendly and helpful. i appreciated quick access to many objectives.
i found mold between the bathroom tiles. the bed sheets were dirty also. the carpet in the room and hallway was not very clean. the breakfast was ordinary.
